About In the summer 2016, the chefs Tony Vu & Martin Vinh decided to start their own restaurant focusing on quality and taste, while being casual. The chefs want to break down the idea that good and high-quality food does not necessarily have to be fine dining. Thus, the WU restaurant was founded. WU restaurant has a clear goal, offer tasty experience from ASIA. This is done through our two unique concepts, WU sushi & Asian kitchen and WU sushi box. Each concept has its own distinctive character, this is shown in the menu and interior. WU restaurant is always looking for the best and freshest ingredients, so you as a customer will have an unforgettable culinary journey. We only cooperate with professional and serious suppliers. We at WU restaurant believe in fresh ingredients and good service will create harmony between us and you.

Tony has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant business and the Asian cuisine. He has been the head chef at Four seasons (Vika terassen) and CHOO (Rosenkrantz street).
