About In the summer 2016, the chefs Tony Vu & Martin Vinh decided to start their own restaurant focusing on quality and taste, while being casual. The chefs want to break down the idea that good and high-quality food does not necessarily have to be fine dining. Thus, the WU restaurant was founded. WU restaurant has a clear goal, offer tasty experience from ASIA. This is done through our two unique concepts, WU sushi & Asian kitchen and WU sushi box. Each concept has its own distinctive character, this is shown in the menu and interior. WU restaurant is always looking for the best and freshest ingredients, so you as a customer will have an unforgettable culinary journey. We only cooperate with professional and serious suppliers.
